ΦQorum

I · The mechanic

Fixed emission,
variable share

A fixed amount flows every second and is divided between the seats. The pie does not grow. It only gets cut more ways.

With 8 seats of equal size, each takes 12.50% of the same fixed daily flow.

Drag it. The disc never grows — it only gets cut more ways. That is why the first to sit hold the most: a latecomer splits the flow from the moment they arrive, and can never reach the fat slices already harvested before them.

A seat is a stake, not a balance

You take a seat by staking QORUM in the Assembly. That act is what puts you in the denominator. Splitting an emission across every holder would change nothing at all — everybody would keep exactly the same fraction of the same total. Here the denominator is the people who actually sat down.

What flows is real equity

One part of the table is one wei of Apple, Nvidia, S&P 500 and Tesla — the tokenized equities held in the reserve, equal weight by count. No reward token is minted to fake a yield. When you claim, four real assets move.

Your seat is yours

Sitting down gives you a seat number, kept for good even if you stand up and come back. You can leave at any time, in part or entirely: unseating returns your QORUM and settles what you are owed first. No lock, no notice, no cliff.

The three numbers that cannot move

The rate
Frozen once by convene() from the reserve as measured, then never revised by anyone — including whoever deployed it. How that happens.
The supply
One billion QORUM, minted once in the constructor. There is no mint function, no owner and no upgrade path. The only direction the supply can move is down, by a holder burning their own.
The toll's destination
collect() is permissionless and has exactly one address written into it: the Assembly. No operator share, no dev share, no destination argument.
