Stake QORUM to sit down. Your slice is your stake over everything staked — so it is fattest while the room is empty.

What sitting down does
Your QORUM moves into the Assembly and your address is given a seat number, kept for good even if you stand up and come back later. From that block you accrue parts of the fixed flow, pro rata to your stake against every stake at the table.
Claiming pays you in the four equities at once. Standing up settles what you are owed and returns your QORUM — in part or entirely, at any moment. There is no lock and no notice period, and no path in the contract can keep your stake.
A seat must be at least one whole QORUM. Sitting down and claiming in the same block earns nothing: the flow is credited from the moment you sit, never before it.
